By creating an account and using Footy Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 15 years old to create an account and use Footy Manager. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the game systems
- Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
Game Content
All game content, including but not limited to graphics, text, game mechanics, and design elements, is owned by Footy Manager. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Footy Manager available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss of data or progress due to service interruptions.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your game data may be permanently removed.
Limitation of Liability
Footy Manager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
